Overnight production baker

Linda's Bakery, a family-owned business with a commitment to quality, is looking for a reliable and motivated Overnight Baker to join our team in West Salem, WI. You'll play a key role in baking the best bread and sweet goods for our retail shop and wholesale customers.

Responsibilities

• Accurately measure and scale ingredients, doughs, and batters.
• Prepare a variety of products following our established recipes.
• Operate bakery equipment, including mixers, ovens, and proofers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
• Monitor product quality and consistency during the baking process.
• Efficiently perform repetitive tasks.
• Learn to use all necessary tools to complete job functions.

Qualifications

We're willing to train the right person for this position. The ideal candidate will be reliable, motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. While we'll teach you everything you need to know. A familiarity with food safety is a plus.

Position Details

This is a full-time or part-time, overnight position.

Hours: 7:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m.

Schedule: 3-5 days a week, including some weekends. Scheduling is flexible.
